Solve the problem with an automatic chain grinder
It is possible to sharpen the chains by hand filing, but it requires that you know exactly what to do while it takes an unreasonable amount of time, especially when heavy grinding is required.
You can also grind chains with manual chain grinders, but then you need enough time and patience to secure the right input and at right angles. In practice, it is difficult to achieve the consistency in preciseness as an automatic grinder, since it by definition cannot be affected by “the human factor”.
In a fully automatic chain grinder, you only make the required settings, start up the machine and work with other tasks while the machine is giving the chain a perfect grind. After all cutters are sharpened, the machine will stop – ready to be reloaded.
